It’s the Most Wonderful Time of the Year

Aaaah….July. When all thoughts focus on wool sweaters and marble notebooks.

At least that’s what America’s retailers think, based on a visit to the mall this week. My tomatoes are just beginning to ripen, so I will remain in linen-citronella mode for the next 4 1/2 weeks.
