Make time for at least one stop on the Tennessee Whiskey Trail when visiting #Nashville. I popped into @corsairdistillery for a tour that includes a tasting flight. The highlight? Their Triple Smoke whiskey which gets its aroma and taste from Scottish peat, German beechwood and Wisconsin cherrywood. It`s unique and yummy. Have more time to explore? Be sure to get poker chips and trail passport stamps at any of the 25+ participating distilleries. Collect 17 and you get a trail-branded poker set! Talk about goal setting! We sampled five different spirits poured by Larame, our charming tour guide, who also introduced us to Ethel, a 1920s copper pot still used during the distilling process. Corsair is located in the restored Marathon Motorworks complex. It dates back to 1907 and was the first automotive manufacturer in the South.
